Nordex Gamma Type 4 maintenance in Norway

Comprehensive Type 4 maintenance scope

The work was delivered between March and November 2024 on 40 Nordex Gamma turbines in Norway. The project combined scheduled maintenance, mechanical measurements, connection inspections and verification of turbine operation after service completion.

• laser alignment of the generator–gearbox drivetrain
• pitch and yaw gearbox oil changes
• operating-fluid and coolant replacement
• tower and blade bolted connection checks
• functional turbine testing and completed-work documentation

Safe and repeatable delivery

The scope on each turbine followed project documentation, safety requirements and the agreed work sequence. A repeatable process supported efficient campaign delivery and traceable records of completed inspections, measurements and replacements.
